Our turnkey service includes absolutely everything from design to handover: space planning, 3D visualization, material selection, civil work, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, modular furniture, loose furniture sourcing, decor items, and final styling. Once you approve our detailed quotation, the price is locked. There are absolutely no surprise costs or budget overruns unless you specifically request changes to the approved scope. Any client-requested changes are quoted and approved in writing before execution. What we quote is exactly what you pay — this commitment is in writing.

Our warranty covers all modular furniture including kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and storage units. It covers manufacturing defects, hardware failure, and structural issues. Depending on the package you choose, you get 1-5 years of guarantee plus additional warranty years. We also provide lifetime maintenance support at nominal charges after the warranty period.

We use only premium materials from trusted brands: Hettich and Blum hardware for soft-close and durability, quality BWR/BWP grade plywood, premium laminates, Acrylic and PU finishes for modern looks, and branded paints. All materials can be verified at our studio where you can see and feel the quality before making selections.

We follow a milestone-based payment structure: 5% at design stage to begin planning, 30% to confirm order and start work, 40% at mid-execution stage, and 25% at project completion before handover. This ensures you pay only as work progresses. Payments can be made via cheque or IMPS to "EIN Interiors".

NRI clients receive: video call consultations at timezone-convenient times, 3D visualizations for remote design approval, daily photo/video progress updates via WhatsApp, complete project transparency, and secure property/key management. Minor adjustments are usually accommodated without issues. For significant changes, we provide a revised quotation with any cost and timeline impact clearly stated. Changes are only executed after your written approval. We strongly recommend finalizing all decisions during the 3D design phase to avoid delays and additional costs during execution.

Yes, our turnkey service includes civil work (wall modifications, bathroom renovation, tiling, waterproofing), electrical work (rewiring, new points, automation), and plumbing modifications. All work is done by our trained teams or vetted contractors under our supervision with proper warranties. You don't need to hire anyone separately.

Absolutely! We encourage you to visit our design studios in Bhandup or Thane. You can see material samples, understand our quality standards, and discuss your project in person. We can also arrange visits to completed projects (with client permission) so you can see our finished work and even speak with previous clients about their experience.

Our 3D visualization ensures you know exactly what you're getting before any execution begins. We never proceed until you sign off on every detail. After execution, we conduct a final walkthrough and address any punch-list items before handover.

Yes, we regularly work on occupied homes. We plan the work in phases to minimize disruption, protect your belongings carefully, maintain cleanliness throughout, and respect your daily routines. For extensive renovations, we may recommend temporary relocation for 2-4 weeks during heavy civil work, but partial renovations can often be done while you continue living in the space.
